SMALL ROUTINES, LESS REMEMBERING

Make everyday lighter.
Start with a school morning, an easier evening or a weekly reset. Change every example to match your actual life.

Keep a routine small enough to use.
Choose three steps that make a noticeable difference. For example: empty the lunch container, set out tomorrow’s clothes and check the next day’s kit. Each step becomes its own editable task.
Make the routine visible
Choose who each step is for. “Anyone” is useful for jobs someone can pick up without a fixed assignment. No one is notified when you assign a label.
School weeks vary
Our example school mornings use Monday–Friday, and evening preparation uses Sunday–Thursday. They are starting points. Edit the task days to match your local school week and choose any day as the first day of your planner.
Keep improving the template
Open Edit beside a saved task to change its wording, days or A/B schedule. The change applies wherever that routine appears. Use one-time tasks for exceptions.
